On September 7, 2025, Rob and Amanda began their new chapter as Lead Pastors of Harvest Church of God, embracing the opportunity to serve and lead the Harvest church family with vision, faith, and dedication.

Rob has faithfully served at Living Hope Ministries in Phoenix, MD since 2007, beginning his ministry as Youth Pastor (2007–2015), then as Administrative Pastor (2015–2018), and most recently as Associate Pastor (2018-2025). A third-generation Church of God minister, Rob answered the call to ministry in 2005 while attending Lee University, following in the footsteps of his family’s legacy of faith. Since becoming a credentialed minister in 2013, he has dedicated himself to serving the local church with commitment and compassion. Whether leading youth, overseeing operations, or supporting the pastoral team, Rob’s heart has remained focused on serving the community, sharing the message of Christ, and equipping the church to reach the lost with love and purpose.

Amanda has been a dedicated ministry partner alongside Rob since 2011. At Living Hope Ministries, she has faithfully served as the Praise and Worship Coordinator, while also lending her gifts as the Events Coordinator and Music Director for the Children's Church. Her passion for worship and heart for ministry have been vital to the life and growth of the church and she looks forward to sharing these gifts with the Harvest family. Amanda’s journey in ministry began at the age of 13, and from a young age, she has carried a deep love for serving God and His people—a calling that continues to shape everything she does. She is graduate of Towson University earning a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations in 2009. 

Amanda and Rob have been married since 2011 and share their home with their pup Bluey. They enjoy traveling and taking in God’s masterpiece of creation, whether it’s through new adventures or scenic rides in their Jeep Wrangler. They also value spending quality time with friends and family, cherishing the relationships that enrich their lives and ministry.

Ken & Chan Balram have been with Harvest Church of God since 1994 and Ken has served in the capacity of church treasurer since 2002. He is a dedicated servant of God who's love for the Lord is shown in his work as treasurer as he faithfully accounts for the finances, membership and stewardship of Harvest Church of God.

Jannel and Deanys are starting Aviva Church in May of 2026 and we are blessed to have them join our team here at Harvest Church of God as we reach our community together!

Rev. Jannel and Deanys Bautista are beginning a new and exciting chapter as Pastors
of Aviva Church, now serving as the Hispanic Ministry of Harvest Church of God.
Together, they share a passion for serving God’s people, nurturing spiritual growth, and
building a Christ-centered community rooted in faith, family, and love.
Rev. Jannel A. Bautista Gomez is a bi-vocational minister with over 25 years of
experience in pastoral leadership, spiritual guidance, and ministry development. Born
and raised in a Christian home, he has faithfully served the Lord throughout his life. He
previously served as Associate Pastor and Youth Pastor at Iglesia de Dios Laurel in
Maryland while leading Aviva Church—formerly Iglesia de Dios Adonai in Bethlehem,
PA—an online ministry focused on missions and Bible studies for more than six years.
Under his leadership, Aviva Church now enters a new season as the Hispanic Ministry
of Harvest Church of God, both in person and online.
Rev. Bautista has served in pastoral and discipleship roles across the Dominican
Republic and the United States, including leadership within the Northeast and Mid-
Atlantic Hispanic Regions of the Church of God. In addition to his ministry calling, he is
a Packaging Engineer with over 20 years of professional experience. He holds a degree
in Industrial Engineering from Dominican University O&M, a Master’s in Packaging
Management, and ministerial studies from the COG Biblical Theology Seminary. He
became a credentialed minister in 2023 and was ordained in 2025.
Deanys Bautista Monegro is a devoted Christian whose walk with the Lord began at
age twelve. A loving wife and mother, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from
Dominican University UTESA and has completed extensive ministerial studies. She
became a credentialed minister in 2023 and was ordained in 2025 through the Church
of God. Her compassion, faith, and dedication to service make her an essential partner
in ministry alongside her husband.
Married since 2009, Jannel and Deanys are proud parents to Alex (daughter) and
Jannel Albierys (son), and share their home with their beloved dog Nabi. They
consider their family their first and most cherished ministry. Together, the Bautista family
seeks to glorify God through their lives and leadership, guiding Aviva Church toward a
vibrant future of worship, discipleship, and community impact.
